Do you offer returns or refunds on products?
We offer returns and refunds on all our products, with the exception of shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition. Contact us for further details.

Yes, we have shipments to all of Mexico.
Does Rhea ship internationally?
Unfortunately we don't do it. We are working to open this service as soon as possible.
How long will it take to get my product?
Delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you have a special urgency, please contact us by email to organize an express service.

We have products for every occasion. The products are divided into a decorative and aromatic line. Decorative items include photo albums, lamps, coffee table books, and board games, while the aromatic line includes over 10 types of candles.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Guadalajara. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations, holidays, and sales seasons.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase and will be shipped immediately after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Within Mexico: Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 3-6 business days for delivery to any area within the Mexican Republic (depending on location).
