Shipping
We ship throughout all of Mexico. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed from 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Guadalajara: $100 MXN
Standard national shipping: $190 MXN
Express national shipping: $220 MXN

Every RHEA order is thoughtfully packed — but for our signature gift presentation, be sure to select the Add Gift Box option when adding your product or at checkout.
Our premium gift box includes:

Yes. You’ll have the option to include a custom note during checkout, printed on a premium card.
Yes — you can add multiple gifts to your cart and complete them in a single order. Just note that we ship to one address per order.
Each gift will arrive fully prepared, in its own box and presentation.
If you’d like two or more items are going to the same person, just let us know in the order notes at checkout — we’ll take care of it.

Orders & Issues
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at admin@rhea.global or through Whatsapp +52 33 2941 4583. We'll do our best to accommodate.
Contact us immediately if anything arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges and returns
We accept returns only on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. If this happens, please contact us at admin@rhea.global within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and your order number.
If you'd like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help — as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note: shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, and request should be submitted 7 days post receiving the product.
