Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery of your purchase. If it has been 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept changes in merchandise exclusively for purchases made directly in our rhea.global online store, as long as the product has not been altered due to the consumer's fault and against delivery of the purchased product.
The return must be made within a maximum period of 7 days, counted from the day the purchase was made and presenting the purchase receipt or gift certificate. Returns are not accepted on products marked on sale or with discounts.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@rhea.global.
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@rhea.global.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was received by the donor to be shipped later, we will issue a refund to the donor.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send an email to admin@rhea.global. The data will be shared with you to generate your shipping waybill. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest using a trackable shipping service that has shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
