When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Guadalajara. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations, holidays, and sales seasons.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase and will be shipped immediately after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? Within Mexico: Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 3-6 business days for delivery to any area within the Mexican Republic (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs? It is not necessary since shipments are within Mexico.
